As always, we will continue to ensure your linen is new and fresh upon your arrival, with extra clean towels available upon request. Hand sanitiser and disinfecting wipes can be made available inside every apartment maintaining peace of mind as you venture in and outside of your apartment.

i booked through an OTA, can i cancel?

Yes, you can. But we can’t offer the same cancellation period unless you have booked direct with Donnini! Due to the booking being placed through a third party, all cancellations must be made through the online travel agent you booked with. We will assist you as much as we can but unfortunately, we can’t cancel, re-arrange or refund a booking that hasn’t been made direct. Please get in touch if you need help with this process! 

What’s an online travel agent?

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, HomeAway and so on are “online travel agents”
