The Role & Responsibilities:

As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include the following:

Daily operational assistance whilst supporting other operational members of the team

Scheduling and liaising with housekeeping & our maintenance team

Monitoring and updating our property systems on a daily basis

Listing new properties and setting rates on our website and booking channels

Procuring, organising, and connecting supplies and utilities for all new properties

Management and procurement of stock items for apartments

Monitoring and organising all compliance in our properties

Essential Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence

Excellent computer skills

Highly motivated, driven and energetic

Strong organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills

Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Need to be a team player

The role as an administrator will include answering phone calls, handling booking enquiries, communicating with guests, liaising with housekeeping and other daily administrative tasks. You will provide reception and administration services for our guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from booking through to check-in.

You will also ensure that out of hours operational tasks are completed to ensure an exceptional guest experience – and that these tasks are clearly notified to the in hours team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Operations support to Donnini as and when required

Responding to guest issues and requirements (callouts) when the issue cannot be addressed over the phone

Linen and consumable stock management – monitoring our linen/stock usage and distributing linen to our housekeepers

Liaising with housekeeping to ensure apartments are always guest-ready on time

Property inspections and monitoring cleaning standards

Be able to deliver basic maintenance tasks to set deadlines

To be responsible for basic proactive maintenance on apartment visits

Furnishing new apartments

Carry out fire risk assessments

Out of hours support

To maintain and be responsible for the company van

Required Attributes:

You live within South Ayrshire

You are fully flexible and can commit to out of hours support throughout your days on duty

You have great attention to detail and finesse with hands-on work

You have a professional and personable manner for moments of guest interaction

You have a proactive attitude

You are able to complete basic admin skills

Attributes required for this role include flexibility, loyalty, basic technical ability, problem-solving, hands-on skills and strong communication skills

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a clean full UK Driving License

1 Year maintenance experience is preferred

Hours:

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday.

Hours: 16 Hours Per Week + Out of hours callouts
