Key Collection Process:

1. 1. Arrive at The Kylestrome: Make your way to 11 Miller Road, Ayr.
   2. Access the Car Park: Head to the car park at the back of the building.
   3. Use the Key Collection Screen: On the screen, select “Key Collection.”
   4. Enter Your Code: Input the code that was sent to you at 2pm on your arrival day.
   5. Retrieve Your Keys: Take your keys from the compartment, then close it securely.
   6. Press “Done”: Ensure you hit the “Done” button on the screen before leaving.

Key Return Process:

1. 1. Select “Drop Off Keys” on the key collection screen.
   2. Use the Return Code: Enter the checkout code sent on your departure date, or use the code on your green key fob.
   3. Return Your Keys: Place the keys back in the compartment, close it securely.
   4. Press “Done”: Make sure you hit “Done” on the screen to complete the return process.
