Donnini Shortlisted for Sustainability Award

We’re delighted to announce that Donnini has been shortlisted for the Driving Sustainability Award at the 2026 Ayrshire Business Awards.

This recognition reflects the progress we’re making to place sustainability at the heart of how we operate, invest and grow. From improving energy efficiency and reducing waste, to making more sustainable purchasing decisions, we’re continually looking for practical ways to reduce our environmental impact.

Small Changes. Meaningful Impact

Our sustainability journey is built around the small, meaningful changes that can make a lasting difference. We’ve introduced smart energy management and more efficient heating across our properties, alongside recycling and waste reduction initiatives designed to support more responsible day-to-day operations.

Sustainability is also a regular focus for our team, with weekly meetings helping us review progress, identify new opportunities and keep environmental responsibility at the centre of our plans. Beyond our properties, our Donnini Beach Clean brought the team together to support our local coastline, collecting eight bags of litter along the way.

Being shortlisted is a reflection of the dedication of our team and our commitment to building a more sustainable future for Ayrshire’s hospitality sector. We’re looking forward to celebrating at the Ayrshire Business Awards on Friday, 2nd October.
