No. If you are booking well in advance, you may not need to pay immediately. Your security deposit or waiver can be paid at any time before arrival using your digital guest pass. Your security deposit is returned following checkout. For last-minute bookings, payment will usually need to be processed when the booking is made.

Your Stay
When you book, we will provide instructions on how to enter your apartment. Keys are usually collected from a key box, with the access code provided on the day of travel for security reasons. A small number of properties at Ayr Harbour use a KeyNest system, with keys collected off-site from our hotel in Ayr.
Our friendly Guest Experience team is available until 10pm every day. You can contact us on 03300 130 882. The number is also included on your booking documentation and our website. There is a separate helpline for the Kylestrome Hotel for support after 10pm. This can be found on your guest pass.
Most properties have private parking, an allocated parking space or nearby on-street parking. Parking arrangements vary by property, so please check your property instructions or contact our Guest Experience team on 03300 130 882 before arrival.

Standard bookings do not include an interim clean. You may request an additional clean during your stay for an extra fee, subject to availability.
