A Win That Reflects Who We Are – Donnini Takes Home the Business Excellence Award 2025

We’re beyond proud that Donnini has been awarded the Business Excellence Award 2025 - a huge moment for our team, and one that truly reflects the values we live by every single day.

At Donnini, we don’t chase praise - we chase progress.

This award is special because it recognises the principles that guide every decision we make:

• Consistency

• Continuous improvement

• Taking ownership

• Trust

• Always striving to be the best

It’s a celebration of the hard work behind the scenes, the constant drive to do better, and the genuine care we pour into every property, every guest experience, and every interaction.

A night to remember

But the win was only part of what made the experience so memorable.

The Awards Night at Trump Turnberry was nothing short of spectacular. The venue, the energy in the room, and the inspiring local businesses surrounding us all made it a night to remember.

A huge thank you to the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce for organising such a warm, elegant, and well-run celebration of local business. It was a privilege to be part of it.

Reflecting on what makes Donnini different

The application process for this award wasn’t quick or simple - and that’s what made it so meaningful.

It pushed us to stop and reflect. We had to articulate what sets Donnini apart, share the initiatives we’ve introduced, and give real examples of how our values show up in our day-to-day.

From innovative feedback methods to guest experience journey, we had the chance to show that excellence isn’t a buzzword - it’s a habit.

Looking ahead

Winning this award isn’t the end goal. It’s fuel.

It’s motivation to keep evolving, keep growing, and keep setting new standards - not just for ourselves, but for Ayrshire’s entire hospitality scene.

As we continue to grow and expand our business, this recognition reminds us that staying grounded in our values will always be our greatest strength.

Thank you

To our team - you are the heart of Donnini.

To our guests - you are why we care so much.

And to our partners and supporters - thank you for believing in what we do.

We’re just getting started.
