If you’re unable to fulfil your stay due to COVID restrictions then we will, of course, offer to move your dates free of charge to dates available in 2021. 
RE-ARRANGE YOUR STAY
We’ve shortened our cancellation period for new, direct bookings made in 2020 from 14 days down to 1 day – before checkin. Meaning all direct bookers can cancel right up until the day before your stay and still receive a full refund.
All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible.

i booked through an OTA, can i cancel?

Yes, you can. But we can’t offer the same cancellation period unless you have booked direct with DonniniDue to the booking being placed through a third party, all cancellations must be made through the online travel agent you booked with. We will assist you as much as we can but unfortunately, we can’t cancel, re-arrange or refund a booking that hasn’t been made direct. Please get in touch if you need help with this process!
