i booked through an OTA, can i cancel?
Yes, you can. But we can’t offer the same cancellation period unless you have booked direct with Donnini! Due to the booking being placed through a third party, all cancellations must be made through the online travel agent you booked with. We will assist you as much as we can but unfortunately, we can’t cancel, re-arrange or refund a booking that hasn’t been made direct. Please get in touch if you need help with this process!
