Guest Experience Co-ordinator | I work closely with guest experience and operations to ensure we are providing the best possible Donnini experience right from the day of enquiry. I love providing amazing customer service and going the extra mile to make someone’s stay. My other responsibilities include property admin, liaising with maintenance and supporting operations. Hobbies / interests: Going for catch up lunches and coffees with friends, visiting family back in Devon, walking my dog and crafting!

Job Title | Marketing ManagerAbout My Role | David joined Donnini Apartments in January 2022, having worked across a variety of industries including automotive, hospitality and leisure. Having worked with brands such as Rolls-Royce, Porsche and Aston Martin, as well as having assisted with the launch of a gym, a restaurant and a car storage business, he has acquired a wide range of both offline and online marketing experience. Hometown | AyrHobbies and Interests | When not at home with his wife and 2 year old son, you'll often find David on the golf course! His handicap is 2 and currently plays his competitive golf at Ayr Belleisle just across the road from our office.

Facilities AssistantDoug's role consists of liaising with guest relations & operations teams to ensure our guests have a perfect stay. Property inspections are high on his list from fire safety to cleanliness.Having had his own business for 25 years, he finds it refreshing to be involved with a young and forward thinking company like Donnini.Hobbies - Doug is a qualified Athletics coach and is proud to develop his successful sprint squad at Kilmarnock Harriers. Stan, his Hungarian Vizsla, also keeps him active to say the least!
